Water Guard Sand Filter

Water Guard Sand Filter is essentially a sand water filter with fibre casing, which has higher durability than normal sand water filters as is resistant to corrosion, which decreases maintenance costs.

The stainless steel sand filter uses a filtration process that involves 6 layers of filtration, which is one of the sand filters with the highest filtration power in the market. It is fully stainless steel, which makes it resistant to corrosion.

The filter is able to filter up to 10 microns with the ability to filter sediments, bacteria and grits. PureGen also uses a special media called Microcite that has extremely strong filtration power amongst all the other competition.

What Are Theirs Functions?

The function of sand filter is to filter out bigger particles that will be suitable for normal washing activities such as washing plates, showering, gardening and etc. It is also known as a point-of-entry filter, which means water that enters your home is filtered water.

However, the water that is filtered is not yet suitable for drinking. An indoor water filter such as Cleansui will be able to conduct microfiltration that makes the water suitable for drinking.
